Head of Procurement SEE m/f


40 hours/week

Ihre Aufgaben

+ You execute strategic sourcing and category management for indirect materials
+ You act as single point of contact on all matters to different categories for all suppliers and our internal customers
+ You manage purchase requests according to defined strategies and frameworks
+ You are responsible for implementing procurement strategies in coordination with the RHO in Frankfurt
+ You support risk management initiatives by ensuring regulatory compliance
+ You are in charge of frame agreements as well as preparing and leading negotiations with suppliers
+ You manage the existing supply portfolio including data in systems, category group contracts, monitoring and developing suppliers
+ You are responsible for recording savings and communication

Unsere Anforderungen

+ Bachelor's Degree or higher in business
+ Minimum of five years' experience in related field required
+ Team management experience and proven leadership skills
+ Knowledge of purchasing principles, contract management and procurement processes
+ Fluent in English and German
+ You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills and you have a proactive personality with strong decision making capability
+ You have ability to organize, communicate and negotiate effectively
+ You are self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines

The collective agreement covering the position described stipulates a minimum salary of EUR 35,294 (gross) per annum. An extra salary component that conforms to the current salary structure on the market will also be offered in line with the candidate's qualifications and experience.
