Real Estate Officer m/f


40 hours/week

Ihre Aufgaben

As Real Estate Officer:
+ You are responsible for managing operational real estate projects within the region SEE
+ You take over the professional supervision of facility departments for specific countries
+ You control demands for assigned countries and secure optimal provision of space and services
+ You drive and manage smaller rental projects, fitouts and upgrades
+ You manage the facility management including engergy, furniture, technical utilities and security equipment
+ You are responsible for the draft of lease contracts and prolongations as well as the negotiation and creation of contracts
+ You manage and control budget demands within your area of responsibilty
+ You act as interface between the Cluster Headquarters in Vienna and countries' facility management

Unsere Anforderungen

+ Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Enginieering oder additional training in Real Estate
+ Experience in related field desired
+ Knowledge of real estate acquisition process as well as real estate and contract law
+ Fluent in English and good unterstanding of German
+ You are a problem solver with strong analytical and excellent communication skills
+ You have the ability to organize, communicate and negotiate effectively
+ You are self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines

The collective agreement covering the position described stipulates a minimum salary of EUR 24.607,80 (gross) per annum. An extra salary component that conforms to the current salary structure on the market will also be offered in line with the candidate's qualifications and experience.
