Specialist Operational Support Ocean m/f/d


40 hours/week

Ihre Aufgaben

As Specialist Operational Support Ocean:
+ You support the team by developing internal Transport Management Systems and overall processes within Austria and Cluster SEE
+ You manage, coordinate and monitor projects and project deliverables as well as you are responsible for the coordination of communication and presentation of projects towards stakeholders
+ You act as interface between our Operations Teams and our IT department to ensure business requirements
+ You develop and conduct internal trainings to ensure operational excellence
+ You are responsible for test plans and training documentation to support technology implementation
+ You analyze internal processes and implement optimization measures to improve productivity
+ You document and implement processes and standard operating procedures

Unsere Anforderungen

+ Apprenticeship or Bachelor's degree in Logistics compared with initial experience in Ocean Operations
+ Understanding of Ocean Freight processes
+ Knowledge of project and process management is desirable
+ Very good command of English, basic knowledge in German is an advantage
+ Ability to work with IT systems and excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
+ You are a Teamplayer with the ability to work independently
+ You are self-motivated and have willingness to travel within the Cluster

The collective agreement covering the position described stipulates a minimum salary of EUR 25,247.60 (gross) per annum. An extra salary component that conforms to the current salary structure on the market will also be offered in line with the candidate's qualifications and experience.
